DOKIS FIVE EUROS PROGRAM

In Germany we have a program called DMP-Disease Management Program in which High Blood pressure, blood sugar, COPD, Asthmatic and heart patients are served. The same program has been initiated in rural hospitals to avoid long term damage due to such chronic illnesses. Most of the patients cannot afford the five euros needed, which ends up to the hospital paying for them and cutting salaries from its employees. I think you and I can change this. I invite you to pick one patient and support them for at least one year. As soon as your donation hits our accounts you will receive more information about the patients you supported
